قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّي وَآتَانِي مِنْهُ رَحْمَةً فَمَنْ يَنْصُرُنِي مِنَ اللَّهِ إِنْ عَصَيْتُهُ فَمَا تَزِيدُونَنِي غَيْرَ تَخْسِيرٍ
Qala ya qawmi araaytum in kuntu AAala bayyinatin min rabbee waatanee minhu rahmatan faman yansurunee mina Allahi in AAasaytuhu fama tazeedoonanee ghayra takhseerin

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اس نے جواب دیا کہ اے میری قوم کے لوگو! ذرا بتاؤ تو اگر میں اپنے رب کی طرف سے کسی مضبوط دلیل پر ہوا اور اس نے مجھے اپنے پاس کی رحمت عطا کی ہو، پھر اگر میں نے اس کی نافرمانی کر لی تو کون ہے جو اس کے مقابلے میں میری مدد کرے؟ تم تو میرا نقصان ہی بڑھا رہے ہو
