اللَّهُ الَّذِي رَفَعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ يُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ بِلِقَاءِ رَبِّكُمْ تُوقِنُونَ
Allahu allathee rafaAAa alssamawati bighayri AAamadin tarawnaha thumma istawa AAala alAAarshi wasakhkhara alshshamsa waalqamara kullun yajree liajalin musamman yudabbiru alamra yufassilu alayati laAAallakum biliqai rabbikum tooqinoona

Hilali & KhanAllah is He Who raised the heavens without any pillars that you can see. Then, He rose above (Istawa) the `Arsh [Throne]. He has subjected the sun and the moon, each running (its course) for a term appointed. He manages and regulates all affairs; He explains the Ayat in detail, that you may believe with certainty in the meeting with your Lord.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اللہ وه ہے جس نے آسمانوں کو بغیر ستونوں کے بلند کر رکھا ہے کہ تم اسے دیکھ رہے ہو۔ پھر وه عرش پر قرار پکڑے ہوئے ہے، اسی نے سورج اور چاند کو ماتحتی میں لگا رکھا ہے۔ ہر ایک میعاد معین پر گشت کر رہا ہے، وہی کام کی تدبیر کرتا ہے وه اپنے نشانات کھول کھول کر بیان کر رہا ہے کہ تم اپنے رب کی ملاقات کا یقین کر لو
