Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 105
البقرة · The Cow · verse 105 of 286
مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلَا الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
Ma yawaddu allatheena kafaroo min ahli alkitabi wala almushrikeena an yunazzala AAalaykum min khayrin min rabbikum waAllahu yakhtassu birahmatihi man yashao waAllahu thoo alfadli alAAatheemi

Hilali & KhanNeither those who disbelieve among the People of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) nor Al-Mushrikin (the idolaters) like that there should be sent down unto you any good from your Lord. But Allah chooses for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the Owner of great bounty.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)نہ تو اہل کتاب کے کافر اور نہ مشرکین چاہتے ہیں کہ تم پر تمہارے رب کی کوئی بھلائی نازل ہو (ان کے اس حسد سے کیا ہوا) اللہ تعالیٰ جسے چاہے اپنی رحمت خصوصیت سے عطا فرمائے، اللہ تعالیٰ بڑے فضل واﻻ ہے
