البقرة · The Cow · verse 158 of 286
إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ أَوِ اعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا وَمَنْ تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
Inna alssafa waalmarwata min shaAAairi Allahi faman hajja albayta awi iAAtamara fala junaha AAalayhi an yattawwafa bihima waman tatawwaAAa khayran fainna Allaha shakirun AAaleemun

Hilali & KhanVerily, As-Safa and Al-Marwah are of the symbols of Allah. So it is not a sin on him who performs Hajj or `Umrah (pilgrimage) of the House to perform Tawaf between them. And whoever does good voluntarily, then verily, Allah is All-Recognizer, All-Knower.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)صفااور مروه اللہ تعالیٰ کی نشانیوں میں سے ہیں، اس لئے بیت اللہ کا حج وعمره کرنے والے پر ان کا طواف کرلینے میں بھی کوئی گناه نہیں اپنی خوشی سے بھلائی کرنے والوں کا اللہ قدردان ہے اور انہیں خوب جاننے واﻻ ہے
