البقرة · The Cow · verse 275 of 286
الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ الرِّبَا لَا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ الَّذِي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنَ الْمَسِّ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّبَا وَأَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا فَمَنْ جَاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ فَانْتَهَىٰ فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ
Allatheena yakuloona alrriba la yaqoomoona illa kama yaqoomu allathee yatakhabbatuhu alshshaytanu mina almassi thalika biannahum qaloo innama albayAAu mithlu alrriba waahalla Allahu albayAAa waharrama alrriba faman jaahu mawAAithatun min rabbihi faintaha falahu ma salafa waamruhu ila Allahi waman AAada faolaika ashabu alnnari hum feeha khalidoona

Hilali & KhanThose who eat Riba will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaytan leading him to insanity. That is because they say: "Trading is only like Riba," whereas Allah has permitted trading and forbidden Riba. So whosoever receives an admonition from his Lord and stops eating Riba, shall not be punished for the past; his case is for Allah (to judge); but whoever returns (to Riba), such are the dwellers of the Fire ـ they will Abide therein.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)سود خور لوگ نہ کھڑے ہوں گے مگر اسی طرح جس طرح وہ کھڑا ہوتا ہے جسے شیطان چھو کر خبطی بنا دے یہ اس لئے کہ یہ کہا کرتے تھے کہ تجارت بھی تو سود ہی کی طرح ہے، حالانکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے تجارت کو حلال کیا اور سود کو حرام، جو شخص اپنے پاس آئی ہوئی اللہ تعالیٰ کی نصیحت سن کر رک گیا اس کے لئے وہ ہے جو گزرا اور اس کا معاملہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف ہے، اور جو پھر دوبارہ ﴿حرام کی طرف﴾ لوٹا، وہ جہنمی ہے، ایسے لوگ ہمیشہ ہی اس میں رہیں گے
