Surah An-Nur, Ayah 60
النور · The Light · verse 60 of 64
وَالْقَوَاعِدُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ اللَّاتِي لَا يَرْجُونَ نِكَاحًا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ يَضَعْنَ ثِيَابَهُنَّ غَيْرَ مُتَبَرِّجَاتٍ بِزِينَةٍ وَأَنْ يَسْتَعْفِفْنَ خَيْرٌ لَهُنَّ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
WaalqawaAAidu mina alnnisai allatee la yarjoona nikahan falaysa AAalayhinna junahun an yadaAAna thiyabahunna ghayra mutabarrijatin bizeenatin waan yastaAAfifna khayrun lahunna waAllahu sameeAAun AAaleemun

Hilali & KhanAnd the Qawa`id among women who do not hope for marriage, it is no sin on them if they discard their (outer) clothing in such a way as not to show their adornment. But to refrain is better for them. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)بڑی بوڑھی عورتیں جنہیں نکاح کی امید (اور خواہش ہی) نہ رہی ہو وه اگر اپنے کپڑے اتار رکھیں تو ان پر کوئی گناه نہیں بشرطیکہ وه اپنا بناؤ سنگھار ﻇاہر کرنے والیاں نہ ہوں، تاہم اگر ان سے بھی احتیاط رکھیں تو ان کے لئے بہت افضل ہے، اور اللہ تعالیٰ سنتا جانتا ہے
