Surah An-Nur, Ayah 62
النور · The Light · verse 62 of 64
إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَإِذَا كَانُوا مَعَهُ عَلَىٰ أَمْرٍ جَامِعٍ لَمْ يَذْهَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يَسْتَأْذِنُوهُ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَأْذِنُونَكَ أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ فَإِذَا اسْتَأْذَنُوكَ لِبَعْضِ شَأْنِهِمْ فَأْذَنْ لِمَنْ شِئْتَ مِنْهُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمُ اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
Innama almuminoona allatheena amanoo biAllahi warasoolihi waitha kanoo maAAahu AAala amrin jamiAAin lam yathhaboo hatta yastathinoohu inna allatheena yastathinoonaka olaika allatheena yuminoona biAllahi warasoolihi faitha istathanooka libaAAdi shanihim fathan liman shita minhum waistaghfir lahumu Allaha inna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun

Hilali & KhanThe believers are only those who believe in Allah and His Messenger; and when they are with him on some common matter, they go not away until they have asked his permission. Verily, those who ask your permission, those are they who (really) believe in Allah and His Messenger. So if they ask your permission for some affairs of theirs, give permission to whom you will of them, and ask Allah for their forgiveness. Truly, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)باایمان لوگ تو وہی ہیں جو اللہ تعالیٰ پر اور اس کے رسول پر یقین رکھتے ہیں اور جب ایسے معاملہ میں جس میں لوگوں کے جمع ہونے کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے نبی کے ساتھ ہوتے ہیں تو جب تک آپ سے اجازت نہ لیں کہیں نہیں جاتے۔ جو لوگ ایسے موقع پر آپ سے اجازت لے لیتے ہیں حقیقت میں یہی ہیں وه جو اللہ تعالیٰ پر اور اس کے رسول پر ایمان ﻻچکے ہیں۔ پس جب ایسے لوگ آپ سے اپنے کسی کام کے لئے اجازت طلب کریں تو آپ ان میں سے جسے چاہیں اجازت دے دیں اور ان کے لئے اللہ تعالیٰ سے بخشش کی دعا مانگیں، بےشک اللہ بخشنے واﻻ مہربان ہے
