وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُوا اللَّهَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّوا عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلُوا وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ
Waallatheena itha faAAaloo fahishatan aw thalamoo anfusahum thakaroo Allaha faistaghfaroo lithunoobihim waman yaghfiru alththunooba illa Allahu walam yusirroo AAala ma faAAaloo wahum yaAAlamoona

Hilali & KhanAnd those who, when they have committed Fahishah (immoral sin) or wronged themselves with evil, remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their sins; and none can forgive sins but Allah, and do not persist in what (wrong) they have done, while they know.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)جب ان سے کوئی ناشائستہ کام ہو جائے یا کوئی گناه کر بیٹھیں تو فوراً اللہ کا ذکر اور اپنے گناہوں کے لئے استغفار کرتے ہیں، فیالواقع اللہ تعالیٰ کے سوا اور کون گناہوں کو بخش سکتا ہے؟ اور وه لوگ باوجود علم کے کسی برے کام پر اڑ نہیں جاتے
