السجدة · The Prostration · verse 26 of 30
أَوَلَمْ يَهْدِ لَهُمْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ يَمْشُونَ فِي مَسَاكِنِهِمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ أَفَلَا يَسْمَعُونَ
Awalam yahdi lahum kam ahlakna min qablihim mina alqurooni yamshoona fee masakinihim inna fee thalika laayatin afala yasmaAAoona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)کیا اس بات نے بھی انہیں ہدایت نہیں دی کہ ہم نے ان سے پہلے بہت سی امتوں کو ہلاک کر دیا جن کے مکانوں میں یہ چل پھر رہے ہیں۔ اس میں تو (بڑی) بڑی نشانیاں ہیں۔ کیا پھر بھی یہ نہیں سنتے؟
