Surah Al-Ahzab, Ayah 6
الأحزاب · The Combined Forces · verse 6 of 73
النَّبِيُّ أَوْلَىٰ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ وَأَزْوَاجُهُ أُمَّهَاتُهُمْ وَأُولُو الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَىٰ بِبَعْضٍ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُهَاجِرِينَ إِلَّا أَنْ تَفْعَلُوا إِلَىٰ أَوْلِيَائِكُمْ مَعْرُوفًا كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي الْكِتَابِ مَسْطُورًا
Alnnabiyyu awla bialmumineena min anfusihim waazwajuhu ommahatuhum waoloo alarhami baAAduhum awla bibaAAdin fee kitabi Allahi mina almumineena waalmuhajireena illa an tafAAaloo ila awliyaikum maAAroofan kana thalika fee alkitabi mastooran

And blood relations among each other have closer personal ties in the decree of Allah than the believers and the Muhajirin, except that you do kindness to those brothers. This has been written in the Book.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)پیغمبر مومنوں پر خود ان سے بھی زیاده حق رکھنے والے ہیں اور پیغمبر کی بیویاں مومنوں کی مائیں ہیں، اور رشتے دار کتاب اللہ کی رو سے بہ نسبت دوسرے مومنوں اور مہاجروں کے آپس میں زیاده حق دار ہیں (ہاں) مگر یہ کہ تم اپنے دوستوں کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کرنا چاہو۔ یہ حکم کتاب (الٰہی) میں لکھا ہوا ہے
