يَسْتَخْفُونَ مِنَ النَّاسِ وَلَا يَسْتَخْفُونَ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَهُوَ مَعَهُمْ إِذْ يُبَيِّتُونَ مَا لَا يَرْضَىٰ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطًا
Yastakhfoona mina alnnasi wala yastakhfoona mina Allahi wahuwa maAAahum ith yubayyitoona ma la yarda mina alqawli wakana Allahu bima yaAAmaloona muheetan

Hilali & KhanThey may hide (their crimes) from men, but they cannot hide (them) from Allah; for He is with them (by His knowledge), when they plot by night in words that He does not approve. And Allah ever encompasses what they do.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)وه لوگوں سے تو چھﭗ جاتے ہیں، (لیکن) اللہ تعالیٰ سے نہیں چھﭗ سکتے، وه راتوں کے وقت جب کہ اللہ کی ناپسندیده باتوں کے خفیہ مشورے کرتے ہیں اس وقت بھی اللہ ان کے پاس ہوتا ہے، ان کے تمام اعمال کو وه گھیرے ہوئے ہے
