فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِمْ مِيثَاقَهُمْ وَكُفْرِهِمْ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَقَتْلِهِمُ الْأَنْبِيَاءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَقَوْلِهِمْ قُلُوبُنَا غُلْفٌ بَلْ طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَا بِكُفْرِهِمْ فَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Fabima naqdihim meethaqahum wakufrihim biayati Allahi waqatlihimu alanbiyaa bighayri haqqin waqawlihim quloobuna ghulfun bal tabaAAa Allahu AAalayha bikufrihim fala yuminoona illa qaleelan

Hilali & KhanBecause of their breaking the covenant, and their rejecting the Ayat of Allah, and their killing the Prophets unjustly, and their saying: "Our hearts are Ghulf," nay, Allah has set a seal upon their hearts because of their disbelief, so they believe not but a little.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)(یہ سزا تھی) بہ سبب ان کی عہد شکنی کے اور احکام الٰہی کے ساتھ کفر کرنے کے اور اللہ کے نبیوں کو ناحق قتل کر ڈالنے کے، اور اس سبب سے کہ یوں کہتے ہیں کہ ہمارے دلوں پر غلاف ہے۔ حاﻻنکہ دراصل ان کے کفر کی وجہ سے ان کے دلوں پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے مہر لگا دی ہے، اس لئے یہ قدر قلیل ہی ایمان ﻻتے ہیں
