وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدًا
Walikullin jaAAalna mawaliya mimma taraka alwalidani waalaqraboona waallatheena AAaqadat aymanukum faatoohum naseebahum inna Allaha kana AAala kulli shayin shaheedan

Hilali & KhanAnd to everyone, We have appointed Mawali of that left by parents and relatives. To those also with whom you have made a pledge (brotherhood), give them their due portion (by wills). Truly, Allah is Ever a Witness over all things.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ماں باپ یا قرابت دار جو چھوڑ مریں اس کے وارث ہم نے ہر شخص کے مقرر کر دیئے ہیں اور جن سے تم نے اپنے ہاتھوں معاہده کیا ہے انہیں ان کا حصہ دو حقیقتاً اللہ تعالیٰ ہر چیز پر حاضر ہے
