فَلَوْلَا نَصَرَهُمُ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ قُرْبَانًا آلِهَةً بَلْ ضَلُّوا عَنْهُمْ وَذَٰلِكَ إِفْكُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ
Falawla nasarahumu allatheena ittakhathoo min dooni Allahi qurbanan alihatan bal dalloo AAanhum wathalika ifkuhum wama kanoo yaftaroona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)پس قرب الٰہی حاصل کرنے کے لئے انہوں نے اللہ کے سوا جن جن کو اپنا معبود بنا رکھا تھا انہوں نے ان کی مدد کیوں نہ کی؟ بلکہ وه تو ان سے کھو گئے، (بلکہ دراصل) یہ ان کا محض جھوٹ اور (بالکل) بہتان تھا
