إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا التَّوْرَاةَ فِيهَا هُدًى وَنُورٌ يَحْكُمُ بِهَا النَّبِيُّونَ الَّذِينَ أَسْلَمُوا لِلَّذِينَ هَادُوا وَالرَّبَّانِيُّونَ وَالْأَحْبَارُ بِمَا اسْتُحْفِظُوا مِنْ كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَكَانُوا عَلَيْهِ شُهَدَاءَ فَلَا تَخْشَوُا النَّاسَ وَاخْشَوْنِ وَلَا تَشْتَرُوا بِآيَاتِي ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ
Inna anzalna alttawrata feeha hudan wanoorun yahkumu biha alnnabiyyoona allatheena aslamoo lillatheena hadoo waalrrabbaniyyoona waalahbaru bima istuhfithoo min kitabi Allahi wakanoo AAalayhi shuhadaa fala takhshawoo alnnasa waikhshawni wala tashtaroo biayatee thamanan qaleelan waman lam yahkum bima anzala Allahu faolaika humu alkafiroona

Hilali & KhanVerily, We did send down the Tawrah, therein was guidance and light, by which the Prophets who submitted themselves to Allah's will, judged for the Jews. And the Rabbaniyyun and the Ahbar, for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's Book, and they were witnesses thereto. Therefore fear not men but fear Me and sell not My verses for a miserable price. And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbelievers.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)ہم نے تورات نازل فرمائی ہے جس میں ہدایت ونور ہے، یہودیوں میں اسی تورات کے ساتھ اللہ تعالیٰ کے ماننے والے انبیا (علیہم السلام) اور اہل اللہ اور علما فیصلے کرتے تھے کیونکہ انہیں اللہ کی اس کتاب کی حفاﻇت کا حکم دیا گیا تھا۔ اور وه اس پر اقراری گواه تھے اب تمہیں چاہیئے کہ لوگوں سے نہ ڈرو اور صرف میرا ڈر رکھو، میری آیتوں کو تھوڑے تھوڑے مول پر نہ بیچو، جو لوگ اللہ کی اتاری ہوئی وحی کے ساتھ فیصلے نہ کریں وه (پورے اور پختہ) کافر ہیں
