يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَنْ يَرْتَدَّ مِنْكُمْ عَنْ دِينِهِ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِي اللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍ يُحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَهُ أَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ يُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَلَا يَخَافُونَ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo man yartadda minkum AAan deenihi fasawfa yatee Allahu biqawmin yuhibbuhum wayuhibboonahu athillatin AAala almumineena aAAizzatin AAala alkafireena yujahidoona fee sabeeli Allahi wala yakhafoona lawmata laimin thalika fadlu Allahi yuteehi man yashao waAllahu wasiAAun AAaleemun

Hilali & KhanO you who believe! Whoever from among you turns back from his religion (Islam), Allah will bring a people whom He will love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers, fighting in the way of Allah, and never fearing the blame of the blamers. That is the grace of Allah which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allah is All-Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knower.
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اے ایمان والو! تم میں سے جو شخص اپنے دین سے پھر جائے تو اللہ تعالیٰ بہت جلد ایسی قوم کو ﻻئے گا جو اللہ کی محبوب ہوگی اور وه بھی اللہ سے محبت رکھتی ہوگی وه نرم دل ہوں گے مسلمانوں پر اور سخت اور تیز ہوں گے کفار پر، اللہ کی راه میں جہاد کریں گے اور کسی ملامت کرنے والے کی ملامت کی پرواه بھی نہ کریں گے، یہ ہے اللہ تعالیٰ کا فضل جسے چاہے دے، اللہ تعالیٰ بڑی وسعت واﻻ اور زبردست علم واﻻ ہے
