Surah Al-Mujadila, Ayah 8
المجادلة · The Pleading Woman · verse 8 of 22
أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ نُهُوا عَنِ النَّجْوَىٰ ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ لِمَا نُهُوا عَنْهُ وَيَتَنَاجَوْنَ بِالْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَمَعْصِيَتِ الرَّسُولِ وَإِذَا جَاءُوكَ حَيَّوْكَ بِمَا لَمْ يُحَيِّكَ بِهِ اللَّهُ وَيَقُولُونَ فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ لَوْلَا يُعَذِّبُنَا اللَّهُ بِمَا نَقُولُ حَسْبُهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ يَصْلَوْنَهَا فَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
Alam tara ila allatheena nuhoo AAani alnnajwa thumma yaAAoodoona lima nuhoo AAanhu wayatanajawna bialithmi waalAAudwani wamaAAsiyati alrrasooli waitha jaooka hayyawka bima lam yuhayyika bihi Allahu wayaqooloona fee anfusihim lawla yuAAaththibuna Allahu bima naqoolu hasbuhum jahannamu yaslawnaha fabisa almaseeru

Hilali & KhanHave you not seen those who were forbidden to hold secret counsels, and afterwards returned to that which they had been forbidden, and conspired together for sin and wrongdoing and disobedience to the Messenger. And when they come to you, they greet you with a greeting wherewith Allah greets you not, and say within themselves: "Why should Allah punish us not for what we say" Hell will be sufficient for them; they will enter therein. And worst indeed is that destination!
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)کیا تو نے ان لوگوں کو نہیں دیکھا؟ جنہیں کانا پھوسی سے روک دیا گیا تھا وه پھر بھی اس روکے ہوئے کام کو دوباره کرتے ہیں اور آپس میں گناه کی اور ﻇلم وزیادتی کی اور نافرمانیٴ پیغمبر کی سرگوشیاں کرتے ہیں، اور جب تیرے پاس آتے ہیں تو تجھے ان لفظوں میں سلام کرتے ہیں جن لفظوں میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے نہیں کہا اور اپنے دل میں کہتے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ہمیں اس پر جو ہم کہتے ہیں سزا کیوں نہیں دیتا، ان کے لیے جہنم کافی (سزا) ہے جس میں یہ جائیں گے، سو وه برا ٹھکانا ہے
