Surah Al-Hashr, Ayah 11
الحشر · The Exile · verse 11 of 24
أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ نَافَقُوا يَقُولُونَ لِإِخْوَانِهِمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَئِنْ أُخْرِجْتُمْ لَنَخْرُجَنَّ مَعَكُمْ وَلَا نُطِيعُ فِيكُمْ أَحَدًا أَبَدًا وَإِنْ قُوتِلْتُمْ لَنَنْصُرَنَّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ
Alam tara ila allatheena nafaqoo yaqooloona liikhwanihimu allatheena kafaroo min ahli alkitabi lain okhrijtum lanakhrujanna maAAakum wala nuteeAAu feekum ahadan abadan wain qootiltum lanansurannakum waAllahu yashhadu innahum lakathiboona

Hilali & KhanHave you not observed the hypocrites who say to their disbelieving brethren among the People of the Scripture, "If you are expelled, we indeed will go out with you, and we shall never obey anyone against you; and if you are attacked, we shall indeed help you." But Allah is Witness that they verily are liars.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)کیا تو نے منافقوں کو نہ دیکھا؟ کہ اپنے اہل کتاب کافر بھائیوں سے کہتے ہیں اگر تم جلا وطن کیے گئے تو ضرور بالضرور ہم بھی تمہارے ساتھ نکل کھڑے ہوں گے اور تمہارے بارے میں ہم کبھی بھی کسی کی بات نہ مانیں گے اور اگر تم سے جنگ کی جائے گی تو بخدا ہم تمہاری مدد کریں گے، لیکن اللہ تعالیٰ گواہی دیتا ہے کہ یہ قطعاً جھوٹے ہیں
