الأنعام · The Cattle · verse 109 of 165
وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِنْ جَاءَتْهُمْ آيَةٌ لَيُؤْمِنُنَّ بِهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا الْآيَاتُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَمَا يُشْعِرُكُمْ أَنَّهَا إِذَا جَاءَتْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Waaqsamoo biAllahi jahda aymanihim lain jaathum ayatun layuminunna biha qul innama alayatu AAinda Allahi wama yushAAirukum annaha itha jaat la yuminoona

Hilali & KhanAnd they swear their strongest oaths by Allah, that if there came to them a sign, they would surely believe therein. Say: "Signs are but with Allah and what will make you perceive that (even) if it came, they will not believe"
Urdu translation
Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور ان لوگوں نے قسموں میں بڑا زور لگا کر اللہ تعالیٰ کی قسم کھائی کہ اگر ان کے پاس کوئی نشانی آ جائے تو وه ضرور ہی اس پر ایمان لے آئیں گے، آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ نشانیاں سب اللہ کے قبضے میں ہیں اور تم کو اس کی کیا خبر کہ وه نشانیاں جس وقت آجائیں گی یہ لوگ تب بھی ایمان نہ ﻻئیں گے
