هُمُ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ لَا تُنْفِقُوا عَلَىٰ مَنْ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ حَتَّىٰ يَنْفَضُّوا وَلِلَّهِ خَزَائِنُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَٰكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ
Humu allatheena yaqooloona la tunfiqoo AAala man AAinda rasooli Allahi hatta yanfaddoo walillahi khazainu alssamawati waalardi walakinna almunafiqeena la yafqahoona

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)یہی وه ہیں جو کہتے ہیں کہ جو لوگ رسول اللہ کے پاس ہیں ان پر کچھ خرچ نہ کرو یہاں تک کہ وه ادھر ادھر ہو جائیں اور آسمان وزمین کے کل خزانے اللہ تعالیٰ کی ملکیت ہیں لیکن یہ منافق بے سمجھ ہیں
