وَلَمَّا وَقَعَ عَلَيْهِمُ الرِّجْزُ قَالُوا يَا مُوسَى ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ بِمَا عَهِدَ عِنْدَكَ لَئِنْ كَشَفْتَ عَنَّا الرِّجْزَ لَنُؤْمِنَنَّ لَكَ وَلَنُرْسِلَنَّ مَعَكَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ
Walamma waqaAAa AAalayhimu alrrijzu qaloo ya moosa odAAu lana rabbaka bima AAahida AAindaka lain kashafta AAanna alrrijza lanuminanna laka walanursilanna maAAaka banee israeela

Hilali & KhanAnd when the punishment struck them, they said: "O Musa! Invoke your Lord for us because of His promise to you. If you remove the punishment from us, we indeed shall believe in you, and we shall let the Children of Israel go with you."

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور جب ان پر کوئی عذاب واقع ہوتا تو یوں کہتے کہ اے موسیٰ! ہمارے لیے اپنے رب سے اس بات کی دعا کر دیجئے! جس کا اس نے آپ سے عہد کر رکھا ہے، اگر آپ اس عذاب کو ہم سے ہٹا دیں تو ہم ضرور ضرور آپ کے کہنے سے ایمان لے آئیں گے اور ہم بنی اسرائیل کو بھی (رہا کر کے) آپ کے ہمراه کر دیں گے
