التوبة · The Repentance · verse 3 of 129
وَأَذَانٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ اللَّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُ فَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ وَإِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللَّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
Waathanun mina Allahi warasoolihi ila alnnasi yawma alhajji alakbari anna Allaha bareeon mina almushrikeena warasooluhu fain tubtum fahuwa khayrun lakum wain tawallaytum faiAAlamoo annakum ghayru muAAjizee Allahi wabashshiri allatheena kafaroo biAAathabin aleemin

Hilali & KhanAnd a declaration from Allah and His Messenger to mankind on the greatest day of Hajj that Allah is free from obligations to the Mushrikin and so is His Messenger. So if you repent, it is better for you, but if you turn away, then know that you cannot escape Allah. And give tidings of a painful torment for those who disbelieve.

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی طرف سے لوگوں کو بڑے حج کے دن صاف اطلاع ہے کہ اللہ مشرکوں سے بیزار ہے، اور اس کا رسول بھی، اگر اب بھی تم توبہ کر لو تو تمہارے حق میں بہتر ہے، اور اگر تم روگردانی کرو تو جان لو کہ تم اللہ کو ہرا نہیں سکتے۔ اور کافروں کو دکھ اور مار کی خبر پہنچا دیجئے
