وَلَمَّا سُقِطَ فِي أَيْدِيهِمْ وَرَأَوْا أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ ضَلُّوا قَالُوا لَئِنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْنَا رَبُّنَا وَيَغْفِرْ لَنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Walamma suqita fee aydeehim waraaw annahum qad dalloo qaloo lain lam yarhamna rabbuna wayaghfir lana lanakoonanna mina alkhasireena

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اور جب نادم ہوئے اور معلوم ہوا کہ واقعی وه لوگ گمراہی میں پڑ گئے تو کہنے لگے کہ اگر ہمارا رب ہم پر رحم نہ کرے اور ہمارا گناه معاف نہ کرے تو ہم بالکل گئے گزرے ہو جائیں گے
