التوبة · The Repentance · verse 44 of 129
لَا يَسْتَأْذِنُكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يُجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالْمُتَّقِينَ
La yastathinuka allatheena yuminoona biAllahi waalyawmi alakhiri an yujahidoo biamwalihim waanfusihim waAllahu AAaleemun bialmuttaqeena

Ahsan ul Bayan (Junagarhi)اللہ پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان ویقین رکھنے والے تو مالی اور جانی جہاد سے رک رہنے کی کبھی بھی تجھ سے اجازت طلب نہیں کریں گے، اور اللہ تعالیٰ پرہیزگاروں کو خوب جانتا ہے
